UK Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders over £100. Boardgamist Ltd currently use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Evri and Hermes to deliver our goods at our discretion. For orders under £100 shipping costs start at £3.95.

£3.95 is for untracked 2nd class delivery. We would recommend customers upgrade to 'Standard Tracked Delivery' or '24 Hour Tracked' at checkout as this will improve how we can help if something goes wrong. We reserve the right to upgrade the service you have ordered at our discretion.

When you place an order, we estimate in stock items will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

In rare circumstances some items may be unavailable, as the current stock status is approximate.

Items ordered using '24 Hour Tracked'

Orders received before midday Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day and should be delivered the following working day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day and should be received the day after. Where there are circumstances beyond our control such as severe adverse weather and/or industrial action, we cannot guarantee that Next Business Day orders will arrive in time and no compensation will be granted for late deliveries in such circumstances.

We will either use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Hermes for these deliveries.



International Shipping


If you would like to place an order from overseas please contact us with the game(s) you are looking to purchase and we will get back to you with a quote. Unfortunately, International Shipping can be expensive and varies dramatically depending on size, weight and service. There can also be additional import/local taxes which we cannot be responsible for. If you agree to our quote, we will then send you a PayPal invoice for the total amount. There are some countries which we cannot post to.


Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Goods must be returned to the address in our reply to your returns email and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer’s expense. They must be returned in the condition they were delivered. They must not be opened and must have seals intact.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
